Sparkling rosé wine.
Sparkling wine made with the Traditional Method of bottle fermentation obtained from red berried grapes and white pulp harvested with early harvest, vinified in pale pink, with short maceration of the grapes in an inert atmosphere to protect the delicate aromas of rose petal and red fruits.
Serve at 8°-10°C.
