Sparkling wine from red berries and white pulp

Sparkling rosé wine.
Sparkling wine fermented with Classic Method directly in the bottle, obtained from red berried grapes and white pulp harvested in early harvest, vinified in pink, with a short maceration through a press in an inert atmosphere, to protect the delicate aromas of rose petal and red fruit.

Serve at 8°-10°C.
